Re-Connecting with a Historical Site

چکیده
The ‘Parsons site,’ a large Huron-Wendat village site near York University’s Keele campus located by archaeologists in the early 1950s, has been subject to variety of investigations and development proposals which have mobilized certain narratives about its inhabitants. This article provides an analysis how these represent site, inhabitants, contemporary Huron-Wendat. It problematizes that describe as archaeological resource situate presence past. Although shifted acknowledge ongoing presence, more collaboration with communities regarding this other sites is needed.
